"Colour Field" – Art Installation, London Festival of Architecture 2026

The "Colour Field" pavilion, presented at the London Festival of Architecture 2026 at Principal Place, comprises a series of temporary structures including seating elements, planters, and a raised floor system. The design is based on lightweight timber constructions combined with marble cladding, forming a refined and tactile spatial intervention. Tesseract Engineers was responsible for the structural design of all temporary elements and their foundations, developing efficient and reversible solutions tailored to the requirements of a temporary installation.
