"Business Gateway Hub" – Piraeus Gate Development

The Piraeus Gate project is an extensive urban regeneration initiative that encompasses various greenfield and brownfield developments in office, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors. Business Gateway Hub refers to a green, LEED certified 12-storey with basements office building of 5,700 sq.m space in Piraeus area. Tesseract engineers have been appointed as the structural engineers for the project, responsible for both conceptual and detailed design as well as structural supervision.
