"Hamptons" – Iraklitsa Housing Block, Kavala

The "Hamptons" development in Iraklitsa, Kavala, comprises a structured residential complex of 35 two-storey buildings, combining private houses and apartments across five distinct typologies in direct relationship with the coastal landscape. The layout follows the natural terrain, with alternating zones of built form and greenery that preserve continuity towards the sea. Tesseract Engineers was responsible for the structural design, developing a coherent system that supports the scale and repetition of the project while responding to the environmental and functional demands of a seaside development.
