Residence in Syros, Varis

The villa is a mixed-structure residence comprising both above-ground and underground spaces, located in Vari, Syros. The architectural concept is inspired by a composition of cubic volumes, seemingly floating and stacked atop one another, creating a dynamic yet balanced form. Tesseract Engineers, in collaboration with Obsess Studio, undertook the initial conceptual design and subsequently developed the detailed structural design, ensuring the realization of the project's architectural vision with precision and technical integrity.
