"Urban GL" – Piraeus Gate Development

The Urban GL project is part of the Piraeus Gate development and involves the complete renovation and seismic retrofitting of an existing 9-storey building constructed in the 1970s. Architectural interventions include the addition of new steel staircases, a new façade, and the expansion of the existing elevator core. Tesseract Engineers have been appointed to carry out the structural design of the new steel elements and the seismic retrofitting of the existing structure in accordance with relevant regulations, as well as to provide structural supervision during construction.
